So, Ella and Trent had a terrific date right after Christmas. I think we have unofficially started a tradition of getting together a couple days after the holiday for dinner and good times with the kids. I love that Renee and I planned to have them so close together. It has been awesome to watch them grow to love each other and laugh with each other just like Renee and I do. This time, Ella and Trent had a romantic spaghetti dinner, complete with wine glasses. Trent wore his watch to impress her and Ella stayed in character most of the evening. They played songs for each other on their guitars and even shared a few hugs throughout the time. Overall, I would say, it was quite a success.
