Boy, Easter Sunday sure was nice after the morning! My new thing is to decorate with the gel letters so that Trent can play with them too. I like how easy it is and how much joy it brings to him to see letters up on the glass. Its the small things I guess. Sadly, these are the only pictures I took on Easter Sunday. I didn't mean to cheat the McNeely side of the family out of pictures from Aunt Karen's house. I even brought my camera and took it outside for the egg hunt. Trent pitched a fit about bees, so I had to help get things under control and once I did that I was wiped out. Everyone asked me if I was alright or going into labor about twenty times. I am happy the family is so excited! We are too. Now, just have to hope Lauren will send me some of the pics she grabbed that day ( hint, Laur...).
Trent's Easter basket didn't have a whole lot this year...just some of his favorite things...playdoh, Skittles, Toy Story bandaids, Organic Bunny Fruit snacks and a cup ( trying to replace the beloved Santa cup that he is still loving right now).
He woke up this year and said, " Happy Easter! What did that bunny bring over here?" Then he played with everything and woofed down some skittles at 8 in the morning...fantastic mom I am:) Love this age. It was certainly a happy, and joyous Easter day!
