First thing in the morning, Trent ate breakfast and spent some quality time with his Granddaddy. The DVD became a ritual, but once it was over, he was ready to roll.
Mimi had a great idea to head to Tweetsie Railroad. It is a place that they had taken Scott and Mike when they were kids. The minute we arrived, I was caught up in all the cool things there were for Trent to experience. Cowboys, Indians, trains, scenery, rides, water tables, food, and even a hiking trail to the kid's part.
We saw a magic show, played at a "Gold Panning" table, rode a little train into the mines to see a show, and road a huge train.
As you can see, we had tons of fun. I have an extra thousand pictures from the day if anyone is interested...ha.
