Christmas with Grammy and Poppy

We certainly had an eventful Christmas! These are some shots from Grammy and Poppy's house on Christmas Day. Aunt Jo Ann and Aunt Kelly joined us for some good times. Trent was trying to play with his new barn...

Aunt JoAnn crotcheted a hat and scarf for him, Kelly held him when he changed (notice how hot my poor baby was),Grammy and Trent had some laughs...

Above, Trent actually unwrapped his gifts from Aunt JoAnn, played more with his animals, and got a family picture....Below, Poppy and Trent (does Poppy ever take a day off?) and smiles from my little angel.

Church

We try hard to go to church each weekend. Trent was a lot easier to handle when he slept all the way through, now, not so much. He makes so many funny noises at such inappropriate times. Luckily, our church offers a service at 8 a.m. that only has about 8 members present.

Poppy and Grammy take the family out to eat after church. Trent loves to be with his Poppy. Here, he stands on the table to check things out.

Trent the Builder

Trent has been having a whole bunch of fun at his Nauna and Poppy's house this week. I am usually pretty strict about Trent staying at our house to keep his routine, but this week is different. He had to supervise the remodeling that is being done at my parent's house.

My dad is so wonderful with Trent. I am so blessed he was able to retire to take care of him. These pictures are from the last two days. I came to pick Trent up after school and my dad was feeding him on the porch. You can see him smiling as he eats. On most days he is so happy and smiling that we can't get him to completely finish a bottle. The last picture is just me getting entirely too close to him with my camera. I just like it!

Some of you faithful checkers of the blog might have noticed the ad in the corner of the page now. Its a feature I added that I hope will pay off. Please click on them. There are some good ones and it helps Trent!
